Yes, absolutely! Everything is held to the highest sanitation standards. All metal implements are clean-sanitized, and buffers, nail files, and cuticle sticks are single-use disposable. Emma works from a dedicated, clean, smoke-free workspace.

Parents are always welcome to chaperone! Since it's a cozy home studio, we ask that you bring no more than one guest (a friend, a parent, or even your husband if you think he can sit still for an hour!) with you to ensure there is comfortable seating space.

Please arrive with bare, clean nails! If you have old gel, acrylic, or Gel-X that needs removal, please let Emma know in your booking request notes so she can block out an extra 20 minutes for safe, damage-free removal (+$5 fee).

Session times depend on the complexity of your set. Here is a general estimate (we recommend planning for an extra 10–15 minutes of buffer so Emma can ensure your set is absolutely perfect!):

• Base Service (Solid Color): ~20 to 30 minutes
• With Level 1 Art: ~30 to 40 minutes total
• With Level 2 Art: ~40 to 50 minutes total
• With Level 3 Art: ~50 to 65 minutes total
• Soak & Massage Manicure addition: Adds approx. 15 minutes
